I barely get upset, and you probably wonder what the nurse did that annoyed this guy.

Some months ago, I was in the hospital for an eye test.

Why I was waiting for my turn.

A nurse came to give orientation to those waiting for a cataract operation.

She advised them on things to do and avoid after the surgery.

She emphasized the need that they should avoid stressful work for 90 days after the surgery.

Also, she advised them to avoid s*x for 3 months after the surgery and explained the reason.

Here is what annoyed me.

She turned to a woman and asked if she still had a husband. Based on physical observation, the woman should be in her late 40s.

I wondered, why she asked this woman and never asked the men if they still had wife.

Not her fault tho, it is proven that most men will die before their wives. Lol

I don't blame her.

But I hope to see men living longer.

As a young or middle-aged man who is actively trading the financial market.

Please, take proper care of your health.

You are already living a sedentary lifestyle. You sit for long hours to trade and analyze the market.

You spend several hours looking at the phone/laptop screen in search of the next profitable trade or investment.

The light gets into your eyes.

The long hours of sitting affect your back.

A long time of inactivity can damage so many things in your body.

Abeg you.

Start going for regular eye checks at the best eye clinic near you.

Invest time in exercise, at least 3 times a week.

Jog, lift lightweight to strengthen your muscles.

Trek, no be every day you go drive to work or climb bike.

Drink water, and eat fruits.

Go out to meet people and spend money on yourself too. You deserve it.

I pray that you will live long enough to enjoy your hustles, family, and investment.

May you not be part of the sad statistics. There are many houses with landlady now, the landlord probably left the earth some years ago.
