When teachers tell them to solve a problem from the first principle, they see it as stress.

They just want to apply the formula, get the answers, and get the grades.

But... If you read this letter till the end, I will show you how to go FAR, not necessarily fast.

In trading, coaches will show you how FA works (formula).

I will show you how FA works, but I will do it from the 1st principle.

The 1st principle is kinda stressful.

FA = global politics, geopolitics, economics, and social policies.

As long as you don't get tired of paying attention to these 1st principles, you will become a better trader/investor month after month and year after year.

A trader doesn't watch the news for the sake of getting informed like everyone.

For every news you watch, you must try to decode it.

You must try to make it make sense.

You must think of its immediate, short, and long-term effects on your opened positions or investments.

You must pay attention to what is happening in Europe, Asia, Africa, and America.

You must reach the end of the world to know what is happening in Australia. It is your responsibility.

If you are trading Gold, you must keep your eyes open.

If you are trading Cocoa, you must know what is happening in Ivory Coast.

Did you notice how Cocoa value increased by 400% in 2024?

As an analyst, I know the reason, but I want you to see it as an assignment, go and find out the reason now.

If you are investing in crypto, pay crazy attention to on-chain data, it does not lie.

Every useful data you find on the blockchain is also part of the fundamentals.

Fundamental is what stimulates the investors' sentiments, they react based on how they feel about the market.

What you see on the chart is a report card of action that was taken by the investors as a result of sentiment.

First is the Fundamentals, next is sentiments, then the chart (technicals).

If you want to go fast, pay attention to technical analysis alone.

But if you want to go far in the financial market industry, pay attention to the fundamentals, sentiments, and technicals.

You can not graduate from the university by skipping the primary and secondary school.
