I have been to farms, where I witnessed a couple of hunts.

You have to be smart when you want to hunt Okete in its crevices or holes.

Why??

They usually have multiple exits that are carefully built into the hole where they live.

While digging the hole, the Okete can use the safest exit and escape.

What hunter does it to find all possible exits and block them. If you are ignorant of this, you may never be able to hunt Okete.

Several times, when we dig a hole, we often find different apartments.

What surprises me is the store; they usually have a store where they keep food for rainy days.

Okete, known in English as African Giant Pouch Rat, is one of the smartest rodents in the world.
